Please make sure to read this all before requesting a commission!! 🤎I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.▪ I am currently accepting all kinds of commissions, please inquire me for any questions via my twitter DMs!▪ I reserve the right to all copyrights over my work, which include, but are not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.▪ I do not claim any rights to the characters and other intellectual properties depicted in the artwork.▪ I should be informed of any deadlines, otherwise it will be completed within 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on workload and priority. I will inform the Client of any delays.▪ I am not responsible if the Client failed to read the terms and agreements that is provided.-------------------------------------------------

Payment & Refund

I will send you (the client) an invoice as soon as I am ready to accept the commission.▪ All payments are made in USD through PayPal & Ko-fi.▪ Commercial license 2x base price.▪ Prices may vary according to complexity and additional charges such as rush fees, revision fees, and etc.▪ I will not work on the commission until the payment has been received 100% up-front.
(Or otherwise discussed)▪ If the payment is not received within 7 days after I have agreed to work on the commission, the commission will be cancelled and the slot will go the next person.▪ Commissions are NOT refundable, once sketch process has started.▪ If there is no communication from the Client within 3 weeks at any time, I have the right to cancel the commission and will not issue a refund.▪ You have the right to a refund if the commission is not completed within 6 weeks from the initial payment date. In the case of additional revisions, the refund date will be prolonged.▪ I will issue a refund if I cannot complete the commission due to external reasons.
